According to the plan, from February 27 to March 5, 2026, the Dong Thap Provincial Cultural Center will organize a live performance program in the area of 7 Border Guard Stations under the Provincial Border Guard Command, including: Phu Tan (Tan Phu Dong commune), Kieng Phuoc (Gia Thuan commune), Thong Binh (Thong Binh commune), Dinh Ba (Tan Ho Co commune), Thuong Phuoc (Thuong Phuoc commune), Binh Thanh (Hong Ngu ward) and Cau Muong (Thuong Lac ward).

The program is elaborately staged with the participation of a team of professional singers, actors, and musicians who are invested in methodically in terms of content, sound, and lighting. The performances focus on praising the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland and country, spring; honoring the Vietnamese National Assembly, the tradition of the Border Guard force and promoting elections.

Through this activity, the organizing committee aims to widely propagate among cadres, party members, soldiers and people about the glorious tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam; create a joyful, joyful, and healthy atmosphere during the Binh Ngo Spring 2026; encourage the spirit of emulation in labor, production, study and work right from the first days of the new year.

The program also contributes to raising people's awareness of the meaning and importance of the election of the 16th National Assembly of Vietnam and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term; creating social consensus, promoting the people's right to mastery, towards successfully organizing the election in accordance with the law.

In particular, the performances are also an occasion to review the 67-year tradition of building, fighting and growing up of the Vietnam Border Guard force; 37 years of National Border Defense Day and 50 years of the establishment of the Dong Thap Provincial Border Guard.

Thereby continuing to affirm the core role of the force in protecting national sovereignty and border security; tightening military-civilian solidarity; consolidating the all-people national defense posture and the all-people border defense posture to be increasingly solid.
