On April 23, information from the Border Guard Command of Cao Bang province, the unit has just organized a conference to announce the decisions of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Staff on reorganizing Soc Giang Border Gate Border Guard Station into Pac Bo Border Gate Border Guard Station.
At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Border Guard Command announced the decision of the Minister of National Defense on reorganizing the unit; and at the same time announced the decision of the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army to issue the organizational chart and staffing for Pac Bo Border Gate Border Guard Station directly under the unit.
Along with that, decisions to rename Party organizations and mass organizations are also implemented according to regulations.
Speaking to assign tasks, Colonel Nguyen Van Dien - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Border Guard Command - emphasized that the renaming of Soc Giang Border Gate Border Guard Station to Pac Bo Border Gate Border Guard Station has profound political and historical significance, expressing gratitude to the revolutionary origin.
At the same time, affirming the determination of the force in inheriting and promoting traditions, firmly protecting national sovereignty and border security.
Unit leaders requested officers and soldiers to quickly stabilize their organization and ideology; promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, proactively overcome difficulties, and effectively perform the task of managing and protecting borders and border gates.
It is necessary to further strengthen border guard foreign affairs, build close relationships with Party committees, authorities and local people, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area.
