Weather forecast for tomorrow, November 5, storm No. 13 Kalmaegi officially enters the East Sea, winds reach level 13-14, gusts of level 17 and is likely to strengthen.

According to the latest weather forecast from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, storm Kalmaegi is more than 700km east of the Western Song Zi island.

The strongest wind near the storm center is level 13 (134-149 km/h), gusting to level 16. Moving west at a speed of 20-25km/h.

At 7:00 p.m. on November 5, storm No. 13 Kalmaegi changed direction, moving in the West Northwest direction, 20-25km/h, moving into the East Sea.

The center of the storm is located at about 12.3 degrees North latitude - 116.0 degrees East longitude; about 220 km northeast of Song Tu Tay Island.

The storm's intensity is likely to strengthen. Wind level 13-14, gust level 17.

The Central East Sea area (including the sea area north of the Truong Sa area) will gradually increase to level 7-8, then increase to level 9-11; the area near the storm's eye will have strong winds of level 12-14, gusts of level 17, waves 5.0-4.0m high, the area near the storm's eye will have 8.0-10.0m high; the sea will be very rough.

Weather forecast from the evening of November 6, coastal areas from Hue City to Dak Lak will have winds gradually increasing to level 6-7, then increasing to level 8-9, near the storm's eye, level 10-12 (focusing on the East of Quang Ngai - Dak Lak provinces), gusting to level 14-15.

From the evening and night of November 6, the wind in the West of Quang Ngai and Gia Lai provinces will gradually increase to level 6-7, near the storm's eye, level 8, gusting to level 10.

Beware of rising sea levels accompanied by large waves causing flooding in low-lying areas, waves overflowing dykes, coastal roads, coastal erosion, slowing flood drainage in the area.

All ships, boats, and aquaculture areas in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are strongly affected by thunderstorms, whirlwinds, strong winds, large waves, and rising sea levels.
