Soft, greasy, fragrant flan
5 chicken eggs, 390ml unsweetened fresh milk, 1/2 box of condensed milk and 100g granulated sugar.
How to make: First, add sugar and a little water to the pan, heat until the sugar turns caramel brown, then quickly pour it into the bottom of the mold.
Beat chicken eggs lightly to dissolve, avoid creating a lot of foam. Warm fresh milk and condensed milk, then slowly pour into the eggs, stir well. Strain the mixture through a sieve to make the cake smooth.
Pour the egg-milk mixture into molds that have caramel. Place the mold in a steamer, steam over low heat for about 30-40 minutes. You can use a toothpick to gently skewer the cake to check the ripness. If the toothpick does not stick too much of the mixture, the cake is ready.
Delicious banana muffin, quick to make
3 soft ripe bananas, 150g multi-purpose flour, 50g melted butter or cooking oil, 1 chicken egg, 50g sugar and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
How to make: Grind ripe bananas with a fork in a large bowl. Add eggs, melted butter and sugar, stir well. Continue to sift flour and baking soda into the mixture, mix gently until the ingredients are just combined. Do not mix too much because it can make the cake stiff.
Scoop the mixture into muffin paper cups. Heat an oil-free frying pot, then put the cake in to bake at 175 degrees C for about 20 minutes. When the cake is evenly expanded, the surface of the cake is golden and you use a toothpick to test and see that the toothpick does not stick to wet flour, you can take the cake out to cool.
Both cakes do not require complex techniques, the preparation time is relatively fast, suitable for family members to perform together on holidays.
