Here are some eye masks to help prevent wrinkles, shared by skin care expert Shahnaz Husain (India).
Almond oil eye mask
Apply a moderate amount of pure almond oil around the eyes and gently massage it onto the skin for a minute. only massage in one direction. Leave on for 15 minutes and gently dry with a damp cotton ball. Doing this before bed every night can bring surprising results.
Potato eye mask with cucumber
Mix potato juice with cucumber juice. Apply around the eyes and gently massage with ring fingers. Rinse with water after 15 minutes. The skin lightening properties of potato juice will lighten the dark skin under the eyes, cucumber juice helps cool and restore the skin around the eyes.
Papaya eye mask with lemon
Take the papaya meat, add lemon juice and a pinch of turmeric. Use this mixture to gently massage the skin around the eyes. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse with water. This method helps brighten the skin around the eyes and keep the skin smooth.
Turmeric eye mask with milk
Add a few tay ngay to the milk and leave for half an hour. Soak the cotton balls in the mixture and apply under the eyes. This reduces dryness and firms the skin under the eyes.
Green tea eye mask
Use used green tea bags as eye drops to eliminate fatigue and refresh the skin under the eyes.
Egg whites eye mask
Mix a little honey with lemon juice and egg whites. Apply this mixture around the eyes and rinse after 20 minutes. This helps moisturize, tone the skin and reduce dark circles.
