These days, the story of Mr. and Mrs. Vuong Thi Thuong and Mr. Dinh Van Toan jointly participating in the election of elected representatives in the locality attracts the attention of many people.
But behind that story, what makes many people more curious is how they maintain family happiness when both take on many social tasks.
In a small house located in the middle of a rose valley in Na Sam, Ms. Thuong's family's evening usually takes place quite simply.
After a day of working at the cooperative, the couple exchanged about work, production plans or everyday stories.
According to Ms. Thuong, she and her husband met when they were quite young. In the early years of starting a business, both had gone through many difficulties when starting to build a agricultural cooperative.

In the early days of working in the cooperative, many days my husband and I worked until late at night. Sometimes work was stressful, and family matters also easily became tense. But after each time like that, we would sit down and talk to each other to understand each other better," she recounted.
For Ms. Thuong, the most important thing to maintain happiness is to always consider each other as companions, not opponents or people who have to "win or lose" in decisions.
In the family, there is no absolute question of who is right and who is wrong. The important thing is that both of us look in the same direction," she said.
And Mr. Dinh Van Toan believes that mutual respect is an important factor to help his wife and he maintain a balance between work and life.
According to him, everyone has their own strengths. In the cooperative's work, Ms. Thuong is often the one who brings out many creative ideas about products and markets, while he is more in charge of production organization and linking with farmers.

We always try to clearly divide work to support each other. When one person is busy, the other will actively take on the rest of the work," Mr. Toan shared.
The fact that both of them are participating in the election of elected representatives makes many people worried that their families may face more pressure.
However, for Mr. Toan and Ms. Thuong, this is a way for them to continue to accompany in their journey of dedication to their homeland.
According to Ms. Thuong, both paternal and maternal families are always a great support to help her and her husband feel secure at work.
In the journey of starting a business as well as family life, we always receive the support of relatives. Thanks to that, the couple can focus on work while still maintaining balance in life," she said.
She and her husband also agreed on a simple principle, no matter how busy work is, they always spend time for their family.
It could just be dinner together, or conversations about a day gone by. But according to them, those simple moments are the foundation to maintain happiness.

We always think that if we want to do good social work, we must first maintain peace and warmth in the family," Ms. Thuong shared.
In the border region of Na Sam, where rose gardens dye the mountainsides red every season, the story of Ms. Thuong and Mr. Toan is not only a journey of starting a agricultural business, but also a story about how two young people together maintain happiness, while still pursuing bigger goals for the community.
