According to Dr. Rachita Munjal, an obstetrician and gynecologist in India, shared with Healthshots: " field misconceptions about sex can not only create psychological pressure but also directly affect the effectiveness of pregnancy."
The more sex, the easier it is to conceive?
Eggs live about 24 hours after cavity, while sperm can live up to 3 days in the female body. Therefore, intercourcing during ovulation is enough. Doing it every day or twice a day does not increase the likelihood of pregnancy but can lead to fatigue and stress, says Dr. Munjal.
Lying on a property after sex helps sperm meet eggs?
One study found that resting for 10-15 minutes is enough for sperm to move into the cervical Tube. Forcing yourself to lie motionless for an hour is unnecessary.
Is a leak of sperm a loss?
It is completely normal for sperm to flow after intercourse. The sperm may have entered the cervix in the first few seconds, the leak is just excess fluid.
Don't urinate after sex?
Post- intercourse urination does not affect the ability to conceive, but is an effective way to prevent urinary tract infections. Just avoid washing your vaginal dishes or phause thoroughly.
Is any lubrication okay?
Many conventional lubricating gel can kill or weaken sperm, notes Dr. Munjal. Choose a fertility-friendly variety if necessary.
Do you have to choose the right position to easily have children?
There is no evidence to confirm that the teaching position or dog style is " moreological" than other positions. The important thing is still the timing of ovulation, not the appearance.
Choose the golden time to have sex?
Whether morning, noon or evening, the time of intercourse does not affect the ability to conceive. Focus on the conception window 5-6 days before and 1 day after ovulation to be much more effective.
"Intimity should not be dominated by watches, schedules or baseless rumors. Love each other with understanding, instead of being confused in the midst of a sea of misconceptions," Dr. Rachita Munjal shared.
