According to reports, Jun Ji Hyun bought a 5-story and basement building (total floor area of about 1,042m2) in Seongsu-dong 1-ga in September last year for 18.6 billion won; a 3-story building (about 1,129m2) for 26 billion won. She also bought a 50-m2 land plot located between the two buildings for 2.2 billion won, raising the total transaction value to 46.8 billion won.
The beauty born in 1981 completed payment on February 23rd and completed registration procedures for ownership. An mortgage with a maximum limit of 33.6 billion won was set for this real estate. Considering that the maximum limit is usually equivalent to about 120% of the actual loan amount, the loan is estimated at about 28 billion won.
The buildings are located in the upper area of Seongsu Atelier-gil. In the context of the rent in the nearby Yeonmujang-gil area increasing sharply, this area is assessed to have a lot of growth potential.
Jun Ji Hyun currently owns many properties in Seoul. In 2023, she bought a multi-story penthouse in Acro Seoul Forest, Seongdong district for 13 billion won in cash.
