From the small joy in the family kitchen, Ms. Phan Thu Phuong (Ha Dong ward, Hanoi) has turned fruit decoration into a creative passion, loved by many people on social networking groups.
"At first, I only found eating large plates of fruit in a tray that looked so boring, so I thought of making them look a little better for fun. Who would have thought it would be a passion?, Ms. Thu Phuong shared when asked about the origin of the idea.
From that simple thought, she started experimenting with each familiar fruit, gradually forming her own style in the way of arranging and decorating.

What is special about her works is the harmonious combination of colors and khoies. " sparkling inspiration is everywhere, but the most is still the color of the fruit. They are already colorful and very fresh, I just want to combine them to make them look more fun and novel, she said.
Thanks to this way of looking, each plate of fruit is not only for eating but also becomes a small painting, making viewers excited and amazed.

To complete a plate of fruit, Ms. Phuong usually takes 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the sophistication of the decoration. However, the longest time is in the stage of... viewing the edges to edit, so that it is most harmonious and pleasing to the eye. "Sometimes I just keep looking, changing places one by one, until I find it beautiful and then stop," she laughed.
Few people know that, besides this passion, Ms. Thu Phuong is also a very busy woman. In addition to her main work at the office, she also has to manage her family and take care of her 3 young children. Therefore, time for entertainment often falls late at night, after children are asleep, or take advantage of weekends.

I consider it a time to relax and reward myself, both a joy and a way to balance work and life, she confided.
According to her, the most difficult thing in this art is to both create a beautiful look and keep the fruit fresh. The secret that she learned after many practical sessions: the knife must be sharp, the cutting operation must be decisive; for some soft fruits, it needs to be lifted and gently so as not to break.

Ms. Phan Thu Phuong's honest sharing makes many people feel close and have more inspiration to create from the simple things in daily life.
From the small kitchen, her passion spread on social networks, contributing to beautifying the family meal and bringing joy to everyone.
