Many young people are exhausted before reaching success
Many young people are falling into a state of exhaustion right on the journey to pursue achievements. The more they try, the more they feel energy exhausted, lost direction and do not know how to continue.
Once a good student, achieving many academic achievements, Nhat Minh (23 years old) entered the working environment with high expectations. However, after a period of working, pressure and promotion goals made Minh often fall into a state of fatigue, although he still completed his tasks well.
I still work on time, still achieve targets, but inside I always feel empty and vague. There are days when I no longer have the motivation to start," Minh shared.
The case of Ha Lan (22 years old) also happened similarly. After graduating with high achievements, Lan quickly found a stable job. But after only a few months, she began to feel overwhelmed by the pressure of expectations from family, work and herself.
The harder I tried, the more exhausted I felt. A long day just passed without me knowing what I was trying for," Holland said.
Need to learn to lower the tempo and recover
According to psychologist Hoang Anh - Voice of Therapist Office, in modern psychology, this state is called "high-functioning burnout".
This is a form of mental exhaustion where the person involved still maintains work performance, even achieves results, but inside has gradually run out of emotional energy.
This form of mental exhaustion is even more dangerous because it is difficult to recognize and is often overlooked," experts said.

Reality shows that a part of young people are facing multi-layered pressure: work pressure, financial pressure, social expectations and worry of falling behind. This makes many people fall into prolonged overload.
According to experts, it is important not to deny the feeling of fatigue. Mental exhaustion is not a sign of weakness, but a signal that the body needs to be adjusted.
''Each young person needs to learn to lower their pace, re-establish the boundaries between work and emotions, and allow themselves time to recover. In case of prolonged feelings of emptiness, seeking psychological support is necessary and healthy,'' expert Hoang Anh said.
In the context of increasing pressure, identifying and taking care of mental health is not only a personal need but also an urgent requirement for a generation that is gradually becoming exhausted before reaching success.
