Many housewives have a habit of placing air purifiers in some locations in the house, which reduces efficiency when using them. Therefore, consider the location before placing the air purifier to help achieve high efficiency when circulating air for the family.
Close to the wall, corner of the wall
The habit of placing the air purifier in a close position or corner of the wall can help make the room space neat and save space. However, these positions hinder the air intake from the back or both sides of the body.
Therefore, poor air circulation will cause the machine to operate more but not be effective. Place the machine at a minimum distance to the wall from 30 - 50cm so that the air circulates in the best way.
Location behind curtains, next to a large cabinet
Placing an air purifier in empty spaces behind curtains or next to large cabinets will hinder the fan from radiating air into the room, making it very difficult to vacuum up dust. Keep the device in a ventilated position, without obstacles around within a radius of at least 10cm, which will help the air purifier operate optimally.
Location of the door, the window is open
The position next to the window or main door is open, causing the device to continuously process new airflows from outside. This is also the reason why the air purifier is forced to operate overloaded but still cannot completely clean the air in the room. Close the doors tightly before turning on the air purifier to maximize usage efficiency.
Location near the mist sprayer
Humidity emitted from the dehumidifier makes the sensor of the air purifier easily confused, leading to the machine increasing operating capacity quite high. In addition, the humidity of the dehumidifier can affect the carbon filter membrane or fine dust filter membrane, reducing the lifespan of the air purifier.
Place the 2 devices at least about 2m apart so as not to affect each other, or do not turn on both devices used at the same time.
Non-flat surface position
Place the air purifier in an uneven position, which can easily cause shaking or noise when the machine is operating. At the same time, if the machine is placed too high above the floor, it will reduce capacity, so a flat, dry floor position will be suitable for the air purifier to operate stably.
