On September 9, a media agency posted information with the content "Cancer treatment at Institute E: Wanting to be fast, you have to put money in the books", reflecting issues related to medical examination and treatment activities at the Radiation Therapy Department, E Hospital.
Before the above information, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, Ministry of Health has issued a document requesting the Director of E Hospital to urgently verify the contents reflected in the press.
According to the request of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, E Hospital must verify and clarify information, and at the same time rectify and strictly handle violations if violations are detected.
The Ministry of Health also requires hospitals to publicize information about the verification and handling results to the media and report to the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management before September 15, 2026.
