Place the device in the right position
One of the factors that determine the filter's effectiveness is the location of the device. The machine should be placed in an airy place, at least 20-30 cm away from the wall or object to allow the air flow to circulate evenly.
Avoid placing the device in hidden corners, next to curtains or near heat sources such as the kitchen or air conditioner because it can affect the filter's sensory and performance.
Closing the room during operation
The air purifier works most effectively when the space is closed. Opening windows or doors will cause fine dust and bacteria from the outside to continuously penetrate, reducing the effectiveness of the filter. Closing the room not only helps clean the air faster but also saves electricity.
Regular cleaning and filter replacement
The filter is the heart of the device. If not cleaned or replaced on time, the machine will lose the ability to filter dust, even becoming a place to store bacteria and mold.
Depending on the type of machine, the filter needs to be cleaned every 2-4 weeks and replaced every 6 months to 1 year. Users should refer to the manufacturer's instructions or follow the filter filter bulb (if any).
Do not turn off the device continuously
Many people have the habit of turning on the engine when they see the dust and turning off immediately after the air seems fresh. However, this causes the machine to overload in a short time and reduces its life expectancy.
It is best to keep the engine running continuously in automatic mode or at night, when the pollution level is often high.
Combining the use of supporting devices
Air purifiers should be used in parallel with vacuum cleaners, humidifiers or air conditioners with air filtration mode. This helps reduce the load on the machine and keep the living space clean.
Using an air purifier properly not only helps protect health but also saves costs and increases the efficiency of investing in equipment in the family.
