Appearing in the program "A Midday Date", Mr. Dinh Ngoc was introduced to Ms. Thu Ha (born in 1994), who is working and living in Ho Chi Minh City. Right from the introduction, both showed many similarities when they both wanted to build a stable life and seek a serious relationship.
Mr. Ngoc said that he is a sentimental, independent person and likes to bring joy to others. After many years of working, he bought his own car and set a goal in the future to save money to buy an apartment.
I want to have a girlfriend to accompany me. When someone is by my side, all efforts in work also have more motivation," Mr. Ngoc shared.
However, behind that desire is the story of a childhood full of hardships. Mr. Ngoc said that his parents divorced when he was young, causing him to grow up in circumstances where he did not have a complete family feeling.
My parents divorced when I was young. From childhood to adulthood, I have not lived with my family like many others," Mr. Ngoc said.
Therefore, his biggest wish when he grew up is to have his own home. "When I was little, I always wished to have a family. When I was little, I wished my mother would find me and bring me home, but that never happened. So when I grew up, I just wished to have someone by my side, asking me if I was tired at work today, what time I would be home tonight. That's enough," Mr. Ngoc shared.
According to him, seemingly very ordinary things like a family meal or simple care are things he has never had completely in the past.
Hearing Mr. Ngoc's story, Ms. Ha said that she felt he was mature and mature in life. However, she also frankly said that she needed more time to understand before developing the relationship.
For her part, Ms. Ha said that she is quite introverted and cautious in love matters. Previously, she had two times of getting to know each other but had not reached an official relationship because she felt it was not really suitable.
For me, when entering a relationship, I have to be serious. So I need someone who is also serious in love," Ms. Ha said.
In addition to the conversation, the program also gave a challenge for the couple. Mr. Ngoc had to carry Ms. Ha in a "princess" style and perform squats 10 times. Despite some initial difficulties, the male technology driver still completed the challenge in the cheers of everyone.
