This year, the full moon day of February falls on Thursday, April 2nd of the solar calendar. On this day, Vietnamese families often prepare simple feasts to burn incense.
The offering tray on the 15th day of the 2nd lunar month does not have a fixed pattern, usually prepared according to the conditions of each family. Popular offerings include incense, fresh flowers, fruits and can be accompanied by a vegetarian meal tray. The most important thing is that when offering offerings, it is necessary to be solemn and sincere.
Regarding the time to conduct the ritual, the auspicious time frames considered favorable include: Mau Ty (11pm-1am), Ky Suu (1am-3am), Tan Mao (5am-7am), Giap Ngo (11am-1pm), Binh Than (3pm-5pm) and Dinh Dau (5pm-7pm).
