Banana cream
Banana ice cream has the natural sweetness of ripe bananas, the rich aroma of coconut milk and the butteriness of peanuts. A cool, easy-to-make dish at home.
4 ripe bananas, 200ml coconut milk, 100ml unsweetened fresh milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 50g roasted peanuts and a little shredded coconut.
Peel bananas, slice thinly. Mix coconut milk with fresh milk and sugar, stir well until sugar dissolves. Arrange a layer of bananas in a box, pour the coconut milk mixture on top, continue to arrange the layers of bananas and coconut milk until all ingredients are used up.
Sprinkle roasted peanuts and grated coconut on top. Close the box tightly, place in the freezer for about 4-6 hours. When the ice cream is solid, take it out and leave it for a few minutes before cutting it into pieces and enjoying.
Banana smoothie
Banana smoothie has a quick recipe, simple ingredients, suitable for breakfast or as a refreshing dish. Ripe bananas combined with milk create a fragrant, thick and naturally sweet drink.
2 ripe bananas, 200ml unsweetened fresh milk, 1-2 tablespoons of honey to taste and a little ice cubes.
How to make: Peel bananas, cut into small slices. Put bananas, fresh milk, honey and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth, then pour into a glass and serve immediately.
When making smoothies, the amount of honey can be adjusted depending on the ripening of the bananas and the taste. If the bananas are fully ripe, the natural sweetness is usually enough to create sweetness for the drink.
