According to Article 8 of Circular 93/2024/TT-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense, the emulation titles of the Militia and Self-Defense Forces from December 22, 2024 include:
- For individuals
+ Title "National Emulation Fighter";
+ Title of "Emulation fighter of the whole army";
+ Title "Basic Emulation Fighter";
+ Title "Advanced Soldier".
- For the group
+ Title "Victory Unit";
+ Title "Advanced Unit".
Meanwhile, Article 29 of Circular 93/2024/TT-BQP stipulates the level of emulation title bonuses and forms of rewards: Implement according to the provisions of Articles 54, 55, 56, 57, 58 and Article 59 of Decree 98/2023/ND-CP.
Article 54 of Decree 98/2023/ND-CP stipulates that the level of emulation title rewards is based on the basic salary x coefficient as prescribed in the Decree. The current basic salary is 2.34 million VND/month. Thus, the level of emulation title rewards for the Militia and Self-Defense Forces is as follows:
In addition to cash rewards, individuals and organizations that achieve emulation titles will also be awarded Certificates, frames, Badges, and Badge boxes according to regulations.
