Circular No. 93/2024/TT-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense stipulates emulation titles and forms of rewards in the militia and self-defense forces as follows:
Article 8. Emulation titles
1. For individuals
a) Title of "National Emulation Fighter";
b) Title of "Emulation fighter of the whole army";
c) Title of "Basic Emulation Fighter";
d) Title "Advanced Soldier".
2. For the collective
a) Title "Victory Unit";
b) Title of "Advanced Unit".
Article 15. Forms of rewards
Implement according to the provisions of Articles 9, 75 and 76 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation. Specifically:
1. Medal;
2. Medal;
3. State honorary titles;
4. “Ho Chi Minh Prize”, “State Prize”;
5. “Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister”;
6. Medal "For the cause of the people's armed forces";
7. “Certificate of Merit from the Minister of National Defense”;
8. Certificates of merit from ministries, departments, branches and provinces;
9. Certificate of merit from the Chief of the General Staff, General Department of Politics, general department, military region, military service, army corps, service and equivalent under the Ministry of National Defense;
10. Certificate of merit from the Chief of the General Staff, General Department of Politics, general department, military region, military service, army corps, service and equivalent under the Ministry of National Defense;
11. Certificate of merit from the Head of the Military Command, Provincial Border Guard Command, District Military Command, Department, Office, Institute and equivalent;
12. Certificate of merit from the Head of the agency, unit with legal status belonging to and directly under the Ministry, department, and branch; Certificate of merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee at the district level; Certificate of merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level.
