Regarding the maximum price for purchasing machinery and equipment according to the new draft, the Ministry of Finance said that according to the reflection of the majority of ministries, branches and localities, the price specified in Decision No. 50/2017/QD-TTg is no longer consistent with market price.
Based on the market price survey (quotes of all kinds of machines and equipment on the market in February 2025) and based on the inflation rate of Vietnam for the period of 2018-2024, in the draft decision, the maximum price amendment of machinery and equipment prescribed in Appendix I, Appendix II (in the direction of increasing by about 20-30% compared to the price specified in Decision No. 50/2017/QD-TTG), the computer is increased from VND 15 million copper/set); Printer (increased from 10 million VND/set to 13 million VND/set); Working tables and chairs (up from 05-25 million VND/set to 07-30 million VND/set depending on the title group); Meeting tables and chairs, receptions (up from 10-30 million VND/set to 13-38 million VND/set depending on the title group) ...
At the same time, the maximum price for PCs, laptops, and tablets is not covered by software product copyrights, system software, and other application software to suit reality.
Regarding the list of machines and equipment: basically the current list of machines and equipment is still suitable for current reality (working tables and chairs; computers; printers; photocopy machines; phones; meeting tables and chairs, receptionist; document storage prices, etc.); according to the proposal of some ministries, branches, and localities, the draft adds 02 types of machines and equipment for general operations in the office ( Document scanning machines; document cancellation machines), removes the " fax machine" because in current practice, it is the digitalization of data for administrative reform and digital transformation.
