According to Resolution No. 10/NQ-HDND approved by the People's Council of Khanh Hoa province at the 15th session, from September 2024, the force participating in protecting security and order (ANTT) at the grassroots level in Khanh Hoa province will enjoy policies to ensure their operations.
Of which, the monthly regular support level for team leaders is 2.34 million VND/person/month, deputy team leaders is 1.872 million VND/person/month and team members is 1.638 million VND/person/month.
Every year, based on the proposal of the Provincial Police and the ability to increase budget revenue, the Department of Finance coordinates with the Provincial Police to advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the People's Council to adjust the monthly support level for the subjects in accordance with the actual conditions of the locality.
The Resolution also stipulates a compensation of VND 100,000/person/night for forces participating in security and order protection at the grassroots level when on duty for 4 hours, from 10pm the previous day to 6am the next day according to the security, order and night patrol plan approved by competent authorities.
When performing heavy, toxic, dangerous or especially heavy, toxic, dangerous work according to the provisions of the law on labor, the level of allowances shall be implemented according to the provisions of Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BLDTBXH, Circular No. 19/2023/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War invalids and Social Affairs.
In case of being mobilized, assigned, or sent to perform tasks outside the assigned area, the mobilizing, assigning, or sending agency shall provide transportation, food, and accommodation support. The level of compensation shall be implemented according to the provisions of Resolution No. 15/2017/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council.
When performing duties in border areas, islands, mountainous areas, areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions, ethnic minority areas or in key commune-level administrative units for national defense, the level of allowance for additional working days is paid according to the regional minimum daily wage.
Security forces at the grassroots level in Khanh Hoa are supported to pay social insurance monthly according to the regulations on voluntary social insurance at the lowest level. Annually, they are supported with 100% health insurance according to the subjects participating in household health insurance.
The resolution also approves the level of allowances and policies for people participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level who are sick, have accidents, die, or are injured while performing their duties...
Currently, Khanh Hoa has 876 Security and Order Protection Teams at the grassroots level with more than 2,600 members, established and operating since July 2024 according to the Law on Forces Participating in Security and Order Protection at the Grassroots Level.
