The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has just issued the consolidated document 90/VBHN-BNNMT detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law.

The subjects of application are state agencies exercising the powers and responsibilities of representing the entire people's ownership of land, performing the task of unified state management of land; Land users as prescribed in Article 4 of the Land Law; Other subjects related to the management and use of land.
This document takes effect from August 1, 2024.
The following decrees expire:
a) Decree No. 119-CP dated September 16, 1994 of the Government promulgating regulations on the management and use of boundary records, boundary maps and administrative boundary markers at all levels;
b) Decree No. 43/2014/ND-CP dated May 15, 2014 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law;
c) Decree No. 01/2017/ND-CP dated January 6, 2017 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of decrees detailing the implementation of the Land Law;
d) Decree No. 148/2020/ND-CP dated December 18, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of decrees detailing the implementation of the Land Law;
e) Decree No. 10/2023/ND-CP dated April 3, 2023 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of decrees detailing the implementation of the Land Law;
e) Decree No. 42/2024/ND-CP dated April 16, 2024 of the Government on sea encroachment activities.
Abolishing a number of articles and clauses of the following decrees:
a) Article 1 of Decree No. 136/2018/ND-CP dated October 5, 2018 of the Government amending a number of articles of decrees related to business investment conditions in the field of natural resources and environment;
b) This point is abolished according to the provisions of point b, clause 3, Article 124 of Decree No. 175/2024/ND-CP, effective from December 30, 2024.
c) This point is abolished according to the provisions of point b, clause 3, Article 124 of Decree No. 175/2024/ND-CP, effective from December 30, 2024.
d) Article 11 of Decree No. 104/2022/ND-CP dated December 21, 2022 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of decrees related to the submission and presentation of household registration books and temporary residence books when carrying out administrative procedures and providing public services.
