According to Resolution No. 25/2023/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Hai Duong province (effective from December 18, 2023), the support level of commune-level cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level in the cases specified in Clause 2, Article 1 of this Resolution when retiring before the age or quitting work, in addition to the amount of money enjoyed for early retirement and quitting work policies according to current law, the province will also provide one-time support in cash as follows:
a) In case of early retirement according to the Government's staff reduction policy: support of VND 1,800,000/month for early retirement and not exceeding VND 100,000,000/person.
b) In case of termination of employment according to the Government's staff reduction policy: support of VND 500,000/month of work with social insurance and not exceeding VND 60,000,000/person.
c) In case of voluntary termination of employment (not according to the downsizing policy): support of VND 500,000/month of work with social insurance and not exceeding VND 150,000,000/person.
The subjects of application in this Resolution are commune-level cadres, civil servants, and non-professional workers at the commune level who retire early or quit their jobs due to redundancy when rearranging commune-level administrative units in the period of 2023-2025 in Hai Duong province, who have been approved in writing by competent authorities and at the time of early retirement or quitting their jobs, they have at least 6 months or more left until the retirement age as prescribed by law.
