Resolution No. 794/2025/NQ-HĐND of the People's Council of Hung Yen province stipulates the monthly allowance level for Village Team Leaders, labor day allowance for militia forces in Hung Yen province. The Resolution takes effect from January 1, 2026.
Clause 2, Article 3 of the Resolution stipulates the level of daily labor allowance for the militia force as follows:
2. Daily wage allowance for the militia force
a) For local militia forces, mobile militia, air defense militia, artillery, reconnaissance, information, engineering, chemical defense, and medical forces, when there is a decision to mobilize, deploy to perform tasks or perform tasks according to the plan approved by competent authorities, they are entitled to a working day allowance equal to 0.14 times the basic salary/person/day.
b) In case the militia is extended the term of performing the obligation to participate in the self-defense militia according to the decision of the competent authority or the militia performs tasks of combating terrorism, rescuing hostages, suppressing crimes, dispersing protests, riots; preventing and combating dangerous epidemics in high-risk infectious areas; rescuing collapses, rescuing, fighting fires, overcoming disasters in areas dangerous to life according to the decision of the competent authority, the additional working day allowance is 0.07 times the base salary/person/day.
