Monthly allowance for people working part-time in villages and residential groups:
People who do not have a professional diploma from Intermediate or higher:
Thus, for the positions of party cell secretaries; Heads of villages, hamlets, residential groups, Head of the Front Work Committee in Ha Giang do not have a professional diploma of intermediate level or higher and hold positions in villages, residential groups in border communes and towns; In villages with 350 households and residential groups with 500 households or more, when increasing the base salary from 1.8 million VND to 2.34 million VND/month, the coefficient allowance will be 3.276 million VND respectively. / month; 3,276 million VND/month and 1.87 million VND/month.

People with a professional diploma from Intermediate or higher:
For the positions of cell secretary; Heads of villages, hamlets, residential groups, Head of the Front Work Committee in Ha Giang have a professional diploma of Intermediate level or higher, holding positions in villages , residential groups in border communes and towns; In villages with 350 households and residential groups with 500 households or more, when increasing the base salary from 1.8 million VND to 2.34 million VND/month, the coefficient allowance will be 3.51 respectively. million VND/month; 3.51 million VND/month and 2.1 million VND/month.
For the remaining villages, hamlets, and residential groups, the allowance level for each position is 3.04 million VND/month; 3.04 million VND/month and 1.63 million VND/month.
Regulations on monthly support levels for people directly participating in activities in villages and residential groups
In addition, part-time activities at the commune level may concurrently hold the same title as part-time activities at the commune level or in villages and residential groups (including titles according to specialized laws).
A person who operates part-time in a village or residential group may concurrently hold the title of a part-time activist in a village or residential group (including titles according to specialized laws).
Persons who work part-time in villages and residential groups (including positions according to specialized laws) and who have not concurrently held the titles according to Clause 2 of this Article, may concurrently hold a maximum of two titles of people directly participating in activities. Work in villages and residential groups and enjoy 100% of the allowance for concurrent positions.
