According to Resolution 80 of the People's Council of Son La province, regulations on allowances and part-time regimes for part-time activities and support levels and part-time regimes for those directly participating in activities in villages and hamlets, Villages, sub-areas, and residential groups in Son La province are as follows:
Allowance level for part-time workers in the village
Persons working part-time in villages (communes) with 350 households or more; Village (in ward or town) with 500 households or more; The village belongs to a key commune-level administrative unit with complex security and order issues according to the decision of the competent authority; Villages belonging to commune-level administrative units in border areas are entitled to allowances according to type 1 villages.
Level of support for people directly participating in activities in the village
For residential groups in wards with the additional title of Head of the Residential Protection Group, specific support levels: type 1: 0.2 times the base salary/person/month; Type 2: 0.18 times the base salary/person/month; Type 3: 0.16 times the base salary/person/month.
Regulations on part-time work, part-time allowance levels
Commune-level officials and civil servants, people who work part-time at the commune level and hold the title of part-time worker in the village, are entitled to part-time allowances according to Clause 2, Article 20 and Clause 4, Article 34 of Decree No. 33. /2023/ND-CP dated June 10, 2023 of the Government regulations on commune-level officials and civil servants and part-time workers at the commune level, in villages and residential groups (concurrently holding no more than 1 title).
The party cell secretary is arranged to simultaneously be the village head or party cell secretary and head of the Front Work Committee. People assigned concurrently or concurrently are entitled to concurrent allowances according to Clause 4, Article 34 of Decree No. 33/2023/ND-CP.
Persons who work part-time in the village may concurrently hold no more than 2 titles of people directly participating in activities in the village as prescribed in Clause 2 of this Article (in case the Party Secretary is also the Head of the village or the Party Secretary is also concurrently the Party Secretary). The Head of the Front Work Committee can concurrently hold no more than 01 position (person directly participating in activities in the village), and enjoy 100% of the support level for each concurrent position.
