According to distributors YG Plus and Universal Records, CORTIS' upcoming album "Greengreen" has reached 2.39 million pre-orders as of April 30, raising expectations that the group will continue to become an artist "selling 2 million copies" for the second consecutive time after their debut album "Color outside the lines".
Before the release date, CORTIS announced 4 introductory videos for the songs in the album "Greengreen" including "TNT", "Acai", "Wassup" and "Blue lips". The clips reveal both the music and image orientation of each song, and end with "teasing" signs for upcoming MVs.
According to Korean media, for this comeback, COSTIS will implement a rather rare strategy for the Kpop music scene; the group plans to release MVs for 5/6 songs in the album, including the title track "Redred" - which was pre-released on April 20.
All members of CORTIS are involved in the process of composing, choreographing and producing images for the new album, strengthening the group's identity as a "young creative collective".
Leader Martin wrote the song "Blue lips" from his student days, exploiting the theme of dreams and emotional hurts.

Global interest in the album is also very clear. On the Spotify music listening platform, the number of "previews" of the album "Greengreen" exceeded 1 million before its release, helping the group rank 2nd on the Countdown Chart Global chart.
The song "Redred" has also begun to create attraction when it entered Spotify's global weekly and daily charts - a rare achievement for rookie male groups.
The song also helped CORTIS debut on the Top Songs Global chart, considered an important measure of global music trends, at number 98.
The album "Greengreen" will be released at 6 pm on May 4 (Korean time) on all major streaming platforms.
On the same day, CORTIS will also mark the album launch event with a live party in Seoul at 8 pm, where they plan to perform all 6 songs in the album for the first time.
The event will be broadcast live via HYBE Labels' YouTube channel and the global fan platform Weverse.
