The title track "Redred" in the second mini album of Kpop group CORTIS (James, Juhoon, Martin, Seonghyeon, Keonho) has risen to number 1 on YouTube's global trend chart just one day after release (April 21).
The music video (MV) "Redred" surpassed the 3.2 million views mark within 24 hours, continuing to prove its explosive appeal.
As of April 22, the song has entered YouTube's chart of popular music in 24 countries and regions, including the US and Canada.
Reactions were particularly strong in North America. "Redred" debuted at number 22 on the YouTube charts in the US and reached number 13 in Canada.
The song also topped the charts in Taiwan (China) and Vietnam, and also ranked high across Asia and Europe such as Indonesia, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
The song also achieved good results on online music platforms, entering the Top Songs chart in 14 regions such as Singapore and Turkey. Notably, the song held the number 1 position for 2 consecutive days in Indonesia and Thailand.
In the context of a sharp increase in popularity, CORTIS's debut mini album "Color outside the lines" released about 8 months ago also climbed to number 1 on the Billboard World Albums chart (week as of April 25).
