According to Chinese media, on March 31, a complaint in the real name of Siba Media aimed at actress Cuc Tinh Y climbed to the top of searches, causing contract disputes between the two sides to continue escalating, sparking a wave of public opinion.
The conflict is no longer limited to arguing about contract validity but has spread to tax issues.
According to the content of the complaint (recording receipt date March 30, 2026), Cuc Tinh Y is said to have only declared an income of about 11 million CNY in 2024, of which nearly 5 million came from Siba Media, and about 6 million CNY from other sources.
But her actual income from June to December 2024 is said to be no less than 50 million CNY, meaning the undeclared part accounts for more than 80%.
In the income statistics given by the accuser, the part that netizens paid most attention to was income from magazines and Cúc Tịnh Y's movie fees.
The list shows her cat-xe in "Nguyet Lan Y Ky" is 16 million CNY; income from magazines is 11 million CNY; major events can reach over 1 million CNY each time, while regular events are about 300,000-500,000 CNY/time, promotional activities are about 300,000 CNY/time.
Previously, on March 26, Siba Media issued a notice refuting online rumors about "reconciling the dispute with artist Cuc Tinh Y".
The company affirms that it has never conducted any negotiations or reconciliations with Cuc Tinh Y's side - including studios, working crews, film communication teams, network promotion or any related individuals/organizations.
At the same time, the company also emphasized that there is no exchange or agreement with parties involved in the film projects she participates in.
The contract conflict between Cuc Tinh Y and Siba Media broke out in mid-2024.
On Ju Jingyi's 30th birthday, Siba Media unexpectedly announced that it had completed the first phase of cooperation with the beauty born in 1994 and moved to the second phase of cooperation under an "additional agreement" (the contract was extended until 2033).
In response, Cuc Tinh Y responded that her management contract with Siba ended on June 18, 2024 and was not renewed. At the same time, the actress filed a lawsuit, requesting a signature verification for the "additional agreement" in 2018 that Siba mentioned, insisting that this document was forged and she had never signed it.
The management contract dispute between Siba Media and Cuc Tinh Y is being resolved according to legal procedures, and so far the two sides have not reached any reconciliation agreement.
