Quoc Truong has recently made a consecutive comeback on screen. After his role in Sister Upon My High, he was recently chosen as a promotional ambassador in Vietnam for the Hollywood horror film The Black Phone 2.
Quoc Truong became the first Vietnamese star to be "chosen" by the US as a promotional ambassador for the movie "Black Phone 2" in Vietnam.

According to the crew representative, the reason is that Quoc Truong is considered a rising face in the current Vietnamese horror film genre, after playing in "The Eight Ears of the North" and recently "ut Lan: The East of the East".
Thanks to having transformed into dark, inner-city characters many times, Quoc Truong understands the appeal of the horror genre. He once shared: I like horror films because behind the scary always hidden is a human journey of struggle, where fear is dissolved by courage and hope.
2025 is considered a strong return of Quoc Truong on the big screen. He had a role in the movie "Chi Nga Em Rang" co-starring with Le Khanh - a co-star 7 years older than him, not afraid to act in "hot scenes".
Previously, in June, he also met the audience again through the role of a writer in the horror film "ut Lan: Oan Linh Duong". Previously, Quoc Truong usually only participated in 1 film per year.
In March, he scored points when he and artist Hong Dao voiced for the movie "Love Lies: Love for money, crazy for love".

In addition to filmmaking, Quoc Truong has been one of the faces attached to Vietnamese cinema for more than 15 years. He is loved by the audience through a series of famous TV series such as "The Red Floor 24", "If There Is Tomorrow",..., especially "House to Go Children" - the work that helped him shine into a phenomenon in 2019. Also in that year, he was honored at the Asia Artist Awards (AAA) with the Best Vietnamese Artist award with co-star Bao Thanh, marking a major turning point in his career.
Not only successful in the arts, Quoc Truong also shows the image of a modern, talented artist who knows how to orient his family. He once shared that accumulating assets is not only to get rich but also to be able to help others and establish an educational fund in the future.
Currently, the actor owns luxury real estate. In addition to the villa in an expensive urban area in Ho Chi Minh City, he also has a 700m2 space in his hometown of Can Tho, which he built for his parents as a way to show his gratitude after difficult years in the family.
Quoc Truong said that his parents used to be university lecturers but their finances were difficult, his mother had to open a grocery store, and his father had to drive a car to earn a living. As a child, he spent time selling lottery tickets and mother's side dishes - the years that trained him to persevere and be determined to pursue his passion.
After more than 15 years of tireless work with about 40 roles in television and cinema, Quoc Truong is not only a talented actor, but also a symbol of effort, courage and filial piety.
