Kim Sae Ron's family filed a lawsuit alleging that Kim Soo Hyun dated her when the actress was a minor, and claimed that Kim Soo Hyun's management company had filed a compensation claim of 700 million won for Kim Sae Ron's drunk driving case.
Gold Medalist - Kim Soo Hyun's management company - denied all allegations, claiming that the two only dated from the summer of 2019 to the fall of 2020, when Kim Sae Ron was an adult.
Regarding compensation, the company explained that this is just a legal procedure to handle economic losses, not an act of forced repayment.
Kim Soo Hyun's side also counter-sued Kim Sae Ron's family, demanding 12 billion won in compensation.
