Representing the younger generation, singer Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ha ( stage name Ha Myo) emotionally spoke at the ceremony, emphasizing the meaning and role of culture in the resistance war as well as in today's innovation and integration.

Regarding the Xam lyrics in the speech, the female singer revealed that this is the lyrics in the song "Under the Independent Sky" composed by her and just released on August 18.
Ha Myo revealed that she wrote this song to celebrate the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
