According to Allkpop, recently, the original Disney+ platform drama A Shop for Killers has officially confirmed the production of season 2.
After part 1 received enthusiastic reactions across Asia, fans' expectations were even higher when the cast for the new part was revealed.
Aired in January last year, The Shooter Store quickly climbed to the Top 1 of the Disney+ TV show rankings in Korea, Taiwan (China) and Hong Kong (China) in its first week of release. The film also ranked 2nd in Japan and 3rd in Singapore, successfully debuting across Asia.
With an impressive IMDb score of 8.6 points, this series has compared to hit films such as Moving and The Worst of Evil.
Murder Shop is an action film, interwoven with the past love relationship between Ji An's niece (Kim Hye Joon) and her uncle Jin Man (Lee Dong Wook), and exposes the underground world network MurtheHelp - a dark web market for murderers and weapons.
The film became famous for its fierce fighting, thrilling chase scenes, surprising plot details and director-name style like a game. The mystery becomes more and more intense when Ji An, after her uncle's death, begins to face a dangerous world hidden behind her.
However, part 1 was also controversial when there were opinions that the film overused flashback scenes and some unrealistic elements that caused viewers to lose focus.
However, the film has affirmed its appeal in the online film market with a unique worldview, fast-paced plot and good combination of the cast.
Therefore, fans simultaneously requested that Shoper Assault be produced as a part 2, and Disney+ finally met this demand.

Lee Dong Wook will return as Jin Man, a former hire and the person behind MurtheHelp. Kim Hye Jun returns as Ji An's niece.
Geum Hae Na, Lee Tae Young and Kim Min still took on their roles in part 1, namely Min Hye (the assassin who came to protect Ji An), Brother (weapon expert) and Pashin (coach Muay Thai).

Hyun Ri, a Japanese-American actress, will play Q, the captain of a hired soldier team from the East Asia branch of the organization organization organization Babylon. Q is a cold, tactical warrior who is expected to play a central role in the plot of part 2.
