Before meeting in Tao Quan 2003, "Ngoc Hoang" Quoc Khanh, Meritorious Artist Chi Trung, Meritorious Artist Quang Thang once co-starred in the movie "Who will be the first visitor this Tet?".

Tet this year, who will be the first visitor to the house?" produced by Vietnam Feature Film Studio, released in 2002, directed by People's Artist Tran Luc. The film gathers the "Tao Quan" cast: People's Artist Quoc Khanh, Meritorious Artist Chi Trung, Meritorious Artist Quang Thang.

The film revolves around the love story of a nearly 40-year-old man named Thi (Quoc Khanh). At the age that should have been "settled down", Thi is still busy searching for his ideal woman. Thi sets ideal standards, only liking women with white skin, long legs, tall, educated, beautiful... Thi refuses the love of a female colleague just because she is not tall enough.

Running after the ideal model has pushed Thi into countless tragicomic situations, with the advice of 2 close friends played by Chi Trung and Quang Thang.

This is a special Tet movie project when it gathers the cast of "Tao Quan" before they met at Tao Quan in 2003 and created famous roles. When Tao Quan aired, NSND Quoc Khanh was loved for the role of the Jade Emperor, NSUT Chi Trung went through many roles but stood out with Tao Giao Thong, while Quang Thang "nailed" with Tao Kinh te.

Tet this year, who will be the first visitor to the house?" is a rare entertainment film produced by a state-owned film studio (Vietnam Feature Film Studio). Previously, Vietnam Feature Film Studio mainly received ordered film production, on war and history topics.

Before the Lunar New Year season became a vibrant market with dramatic and intense revenue races, from the early 2000s - "Who will be the first visitor to the house this Tet" was considered one of the first Tet movies, creating a "sprouting" foundation for the Tet movie market to develop strongly later.

As a film produced by the state, "Who will be the first visitor to the house this Tet?" did not have enough funds for promotion, initially the film was screened for introduction in the Saturday afternoon Cinema program.

Who will be the first visitor to the house this Tet" is also special as it marks the transformation of NSND Tran Luc from an actor to a director.

For many years, "Who will be the first visitor to the house this Tet" has been a featured film, remembered as a rare film taking the theme of Tet.

When artists such as Quoc Khanh, Chi Trung, Quang Thang were loved with Tao Quan, audiences created a trend calling on each other to rewatch "Who will be the first visitor this Tet" - a movie gathering 3 comedians in the roles of 3 close friends, with many funny and tearful situations.
