Currently, the craft village has 10 products certified OCOP from 3 to 4 stars.

Young workers are facilitated to access new knowledge, learn soft skills, and gradually standardize production processes to both preserve ancient crafts and meet the requirements of the modern market.
After being recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a traditional craft village and establishing a Cooperative, production activities in Van Thang have had many positive changes.
Tet is the peak season, the output and revenue of many establishments increase by 200-300% compared to normal times. However, purchasing power still depends on market developments and general economic conditions.
Besides e-commerce, the Cooperative is orienting to combine production with experiential tourism, building craft village destinations.
Mr. Nguyen Nhu Thiet - Vice Chairman of Van Thang commune - said that the locality is planning a land fund to support the construction of centralized workshops and product display areas. Visitors can visit, learn about the processing process and directly experience the agarwood making stages.
Since 2016, Van Thang agarwood removal craft village has been recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a traditional craft village. This title not only recognizes the 100-year-old historical value of the craft but also creates motivation for people to continue to stick with it.
