The project is inspired by the classic novel Dracula by Bram Stoker. I want to make aongong horror film set in the Russian Communist Church.
He also said that the script completion process will take about 2 years, and the film will be released after about 4 years. Vampire is expected to start filming in the second half of next year.

However, after the news spread, Yoo Ah In's management company UAA said: "There is currently no decision made regarding his participation in the film "Vampire".
Yoo Ah In was charged with 4 banned drugs - including propofol, midazolam, ketamine and remimazolam - a total of 181 times between September 2020 and March 2022.
