According to statistics from Box Office Vietnam, as of 10:15 on August 24, the film "Red Rain" has reached 100 billion VND. The film has early screenings from 6:00 p.m. on August 21 and officially premiered from August 22.

Thus, after less than 3 days of official release, the film has reached the 100 billion VND mark.
This achievement helped Red Rain surpass Mai by Tran Thanh a film that reached 100 billion VND on February 13, 2024, after 3 days of release. Previously, Nha Ba Nu also took about 3.5 days to achieve similar revenue.
Notably, Red Rain became the war-themed film with the highest opening revenue in the history of Vietnamese box office.
On the first day of release and early screenings, "Red Rain" earned nearly 50 billion VND, surpassing the opening record of "Tunnel: Sun in the dark" (30 billion VND).
The film is expected to achieve record revenue in the historical war film genre.
After the early screening, many directors, filmmakers, and artists highly appreciated the film "Red Rain". Director Luong Dinh Dung once shared his hope that the film will surpass the 500 billion VND mark.
On ticket sales websites of cinemas, the situation of "sold out" tickets for "Red Rain" appeared in almost every theater cluster.

The film's screenings were all filled. It is very difficult to buy a good sitting position. Many audiences booked tickets close to the showtime with almost no seats left, having to sit in the A row next to the screen.
