22:30: Military equipment arrives at the F1 racetrack
According to Lao Dong Newspaper reporters at 10pm, many people flocked to Le Quang Dao Street to witness the convoy of infantry fighting vehicles and police special vehicles from the city center gathering on the F1 racetrack.
Police, Army, and youth union members were present along Le Quang Dao Street to perform the task of dividing traffic, regulating traffic, ensuring security and order when the convoy passed.

The standing forces include: Veterans and 29 standing blocks (18 armed forces standing opposite stand A; 11 mass blocks standing on both sides of the newly added armed forces from August 21.
