Episode 14 of Running Man 3 brings members to participate in the office battle with the theme "Wednesday, Let's Go to Work". In this episode, Phao, 52Hz and Luong The Thanh are guests accompanying the members.
According to the results of the race from the train station to the company, members are divided into Team Leaders and Trainee Teams. Each Team Leader will choose 1 Trainee to pair up. Trainees can win in tasks to collect 3 seals of Head of Department, Director, Chairman and become official employees.
The Blue team includes Quan A.P and Quang Trung, the Yellow team includes Phao, Lien Binh Phat. The Green team includes Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc, Quang Tuan. The Purple team includes Tran Thanh and 52Hz.
In the first mission called "Dong Suc Dong Long", Quang Tuan and 52Hz were the two trainees who won the seal, getting closer to the journey to become official employees.
Task 2 "Tinh Thong Tuong Tan" is a battle of 5 teams at the same time. Each team will assign 1 person to answer questions and 1 person to be punished. The members in charge of answering questions must raise their hands to win the right and give an answer within 5 seconds, if they answer incorrectly, the member of their team sitting on the flight seat will fall into the water.
The program's thorny questions angered all members. Two Vietnamese editors were immediately "escorted" onto the scary flight seat to try the feeling of landing in the pool.
Actor Luong The Thanh fell into a shy situation when his wig fell underwater. Members constantly teased him for his different interface when he arrived and when he participated in games at Running Man.

Quang Tuan continues to impress when tearing Tran Thanh's name tag for the 3rd time in Running Man 3. Having received many mixed opinions from the audience because he could not keep up with other members, Quang Tuan gradually showed comfort, integration and formidable physical strength.
In the end, all male members were eliminated, the race only left Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc, Phao and 52Hz. With rich experience, Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc easily defeated her junior and won.
