VTV Countdown 2025 with the theme "Vietnam greets a new day" promises to continue to be a memorable emotional mark in a special moment of the year.
"VTV Countdown 2025 - Vietnam greets a new day" is organized by the Arts Department - Vietnam Television, in coordination with the People's Committee of Hai Phong City and the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province, broadcast live on VTV1 from 10:10 p.m. on December 31, 2024 to 0:15 a.m. on January 1, 2025.
The program was carried out at 5 locations: VTV Studio, Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Hue, Ho Chi Minh City. This is the first time VTV has directly connected with art stages in many localities.
The year 2024 has ended with countless challenges and fluctuations, but it is also a year that affirms the solidarity and creative spirit of the Vietnamese people.
Overcoming difficulties step by step, from small successes to great miracles, all contribute to creating the image of a resilient Vietnam, full of energy and hope.

From S9 VTV studio (Hanoi), MC Son Lam and MC Thuy Linh will lead and connect directly with the New Year music stages at 4 locations: Hanoi Capital, stage at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, Hoan Kiem Lake Walking Street with MC Anh Tuan. Hai Phong City has a stage at the City Theater Square with MC My Lan.
Hue City has a stage at An Van Duong urban area, Van Tien Dung - Vo Nguyen Giap intersection with MC Hoang Lien Thuy. Ho Chi Minh City has a stage at Nguyen Hue walking street with MC Ban Mai.
The program brings together leading artists and performances of many genres, with impressive and fresh performance styles. Artists such as: People's Artist Thanh Lam, Tung Duong, Soobin Hoang Son, (S) TRONG Trong Hieu, HIEUTHUHAI, Issac, ST.
