Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien was born in 1998 in Ho Chi Minh City, studied at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City. In 2017, she participated in Miss Southern and won the title of 1st Runner-up. After that, the beauty entered the top 5 of Miss Vietnam 2018, and received the award for Charity Beauty.
In the same year, Thuy Tien was chosen to compete in Miss International in Japan but left "empty-handed". In 2021, Thuy Tien was appointed Miss Grand Vietnam, participated in Miss Grand International 2021 and was named the highest title.
