After 4 seasons associated with the humorous and charming image of People's Artist Xuan Bac, the game show "King of the Vietnamese Voice" welcomed the new host - BTV Son Lam.

BTV Son Lam's real name is Duong Son Lam, born in 1989. With more than 15 years of working with programs on VTV, Son Lam is a familiar name to television audiences, having made his mark through programs such as "Doi don cuoi" - "Chuyen hot" of "Voi chung 24h", "Voi act than" and many other political art programs.
Before becoming a public MC, Son Lam was a student at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, majoring in Petrochemical filtering Engineering.
The male MC was in the Top 12 of the Television host contest in 2010, won the first prize of the Talented Capital Student contest - Talented 2010.

Sharing about his feelings as the host of The Voice King, Son Lam frankly said: To be honest, when I received the invitation to join the program, I was overwhelmed with joy, but also... a little nervous. It is a great joy because not everyone has the opportunity to stand on a stage that is already loved by the audience. The reason for the fear is that after 4 seasons, for the audience, the image of People's Artist Xuan Bac has become an irreplaceable "standard" in the position of host."
He admitted: The pressure is to face the high standards that Mr. Xuan Bac has set. But luckily, I was able to step onto a stage that already had great love from the audience, and was given a path by an artist I really loved."
To prepare for this journey, Son Lam TV shared that he wanted to turn pressure into motivation. He told himself to keep the program's unique features, which are to honor the richness of Vietnamese, make each word and sentence come alive, and at the same time, to be meticulous in each context, each rules of the game and reaction on stage.
Most importantly, Son Lam affirmed: "No matter how much I try, I cannot be a copy of Mr. Xuan Bac, but I can be the best version of Son Lam."
