After less than 1 year of release, The Devil-Koting Swallow: The Endless Train (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Ressha-Hen) has officially surpassed the veteran Sen and Chihiro in the Mysterious World to rise to the top of the rankings of Japanese animated films with high revenue.
Up to now, the film has earned more than 40 million USD in tickets. Of which, the revenue is mostly from ticket sales at cinemas since October 2020, the rest is rentals and copyright sales on copyrighted film viewing websites.
Gosphins of the Devil: The Endless Train is considered by film experts to be a highlight for the return of Japanese animated films. In fact, there have been many Japanese animated films that have made their mark on the international market such as Your name What is your name?, The Flight castle of the magician Howl or most recently Detective Conan: Red Bullets... However, The Young Master of the Devil: The Endless Train has brought many achievements that surprised many audiences.
