In episode 2 "Sister Who Makes Wave" revealed, the remaining 15 Sisters will complete their debut stage and enter the voting for 3 new team leaders.
3 team leaders are elected with the following rule: Each Sister must fill in the names of 3 people she wants to collaborate with the most for the team leader position, do not write the same name and do not vote for herself. The 3 Sisters with the highest number of votes, ranked from top to bottom, will become the next team leaders.
Immediately after knowing the rules, the atmosphere of the debut stage immediately became tense, the Sisters focused on thinking and giving names of the people they wanted to become team captains.
Returning to a new role, both Sister My Linh and Thu Phuong cannot help but worry about the challenges ahead.
My Linh wondered: "But this year I don't know what the questions are like. If I knew the questions, I might be able to choose easily."

My Linh and Thu Phuong must quickly find 2 team leaders to form an alliance and face the challenges at Performance 1 together. If the team leader accepts the invitation, he will sign the confirmation on the information form and the successful invitation will be placed in the mailbox.
