On November 12, the "Call Me by Fire" concert became a hot topic on social media. After 40 minutes of going on sale, all tickets for the show were sold out. At one point, the number of people waiting to buy tickets reached over 150,000.
Due to the huge demand for tickets from the audience, many people decided to look for "black market" tickets, with advertisements for internal tickets, sponsorship tickets, invitation tickets... On the social network Threads, an account shared a message quoting the price of a Kindergarten ticket (original price 800 thousand VND) being resold for 6 million VND - equivalent to 12 million/pair, or a pair of XVIP tickets (listed at 8 million VND/ticket) being raised to 26 million VND.
Tickets close to the stage such as Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, Big Fish, and Ripe were almost sold out in a few minutes. The Kindergarten ticket class, which is considered far from the stage and difficult to sell, was also sold out after 40 minutes.
"From calculating which class to go, now I look for every class of ticket, as long as there is a ticket, I will buy it", "I have bought a plane ticket and booked a hotel room, but now I can't buy a ticket", "I have been hunting for tickets since the first seconds but still can't book a ticket. Looking at the queue of nearly 100,000, I feel helpless"... are comments from the audience.
Some fans even texted MC Khanh Vy, the show's dancer, and the concert's lighting director to... ask for tickets.
Many "talents" such as Rhymastic, BB Tran, Tien Luat, Jun Pham were also surprised by the extremely fast ticket sales for the show in Hung Yen.
Previously, at the concert in Ho Chi Minh City, Rhymastic mentioned the phrase "show tickets sold out in 1 hour". Now, that phrase has gone viral (become a trend) on social media.
With 2 sold-out concert nights, MC Thanh Trung called it a miracle of 33 talented people after 4 months of working together, practicing and bringing impressive stages. Singer Pham Khanh Hung also requested to open another concert night because many fans were regretful and sad because they could not buy tickets.
Compared to night 1, night 2 in Hung Yen sold out twice as fast. That left many fans unable to react and missed the chance to buy tickets.
Some information says that the program's sponsor owns a large number of tickets and will give tickets to the audience through some incentive programs and product experiences.
Call Me by Fire's second concert has 3 ticket groups including standing, seated and VIP lounge, with 11 different ticket cost classes.
Specifically, the standing ticket group will include Big Fish and Spring Summer Autumn Winter 1, 2, 3, 4 (1,800,000 VND); Ginger Jam 1, 2 (1,200,000 VND); Nursery 1, 2 (800,000 VND). The seated ticket group includes: Dinh Noc, Kich Tran (3,500,000 VND); Bay Phap Phoi 1, 2 (2,500,000 VND); Tinh Hoa, Sao Sang, Thieu Nhi (2,000,000 VND); KaKa, Xuong Rong, Dam Me (1,500,000 VND); Tai Sinh, Nha Hat, Ngu Hanh (800,000 VND). The VIP ticket group: X-VIP 1, 2 costs 8,000,000 VND, sold in packages of 10 tickets.
