By region, the university admission rate among the total number of graduation candidates in the Southeast is the highest at 68.28%. Immediately followed by the Red River Delta with a rate of 68.27%. The lowest is the Northern Midlands and Mountainous regions with 46.65%.
According to the admission method, 52.18 candidates enter the school based on high school graduation exam scores. 27.86% of candidates enter the school based on high school transcripts. About 3.36% of candidates enter university based on the results of the competency and thinking assessment test.
