In terms of knowledge and skills, most students have initially recognized the Russian alphabet, pronounced basic sounds and memorized some common vocabulary.

The principal added that accessing a new foreign language outside the official curriculum has sparked a positive learning motivation.

This is not only learning another language, but also an opportunity for ethnic minority boarding students to broaden their worldview, preparing for the development of personal abilities in the future" - Mr. Hoan emphasized.

On this occasion, Dien Bien Department of Education and Training awarded certificates of merit to 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in management and teaching. The Provincial Ethnic Minority Boarding High School also awarded certificates of merit to 8 students with excellent academic achievements in the course.
