According to the school's announcement of the 2026 admission benchmark scores, the Medicine major leads with 27.43 points, followed by Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery with 27.19 points.
The remaining majors have benchmark scores from 22.51 to 23.39 points, including Pharmacy 23.39 points, Medical Laboratory Technology 23.21 points, Nursing 22.76 points and Medical Imaging Technology 22.51 points.
Thus, the difference between the major with the highest and lowest benchmark scores is 4.92 points. This is the equivalent conversion score between methods and combinations of admission based on a 30-point scale based on the 2026 high school graduation exam results and is applied to all admission methods.
Compared to 2025, the benchmark scores of 5/6 training majors at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam National University, Hanoi increased, only one major remained unchanged.
Medical majors continued at 27.43 points; Pharmacy increased by 0.30 points, from 23.09 to 23.39 points; Dentistry increased by 0.20 points, from 26.99 to 27.19 points.
The remaining three majors recorded stronger increases: Medical Laboratory Technology increased by 1.46 points, from 21.75 to 23.21 points; Medical Imaging Technology increased by 2.16 points, from 20.35 to 22.51 points;
Nursing major increased the most, adding 3.76 points, from 19 to 22.76 points.
According to the school representative, this year's benchmark scores increased significantly in the medical engineering and nursing groups, while the two majors with the highest scores, Medicine and Dentistry, fluctuated insignificantly.
