The unit continues to operate the process of receiving and processing unemployment insurance dossiers on the Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System of the Ministry of Home Affairs and a set of specialized database tools. The processing progress is monitored regularly to promptly remove arising problems, ensure dossier processing on time and prevent delays. At the same time, the center strengthens propaganda and guidance for employees to submit dossiers online to increase the rate of dossiers online and reduce pressure for the direct submission stage.
In parallel, counseling, job introduction and vocational training support are promoted to help workers return to the labor market soon and stabilize their lives. The unit also encourages the team of civil servants and workers to proactively update professional knowledge, improve capacity and work efficiency.
