On October 29, in Muong Tap border commune (Nghe An province), the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with Nghe An Provincial People's Committee to organize a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Muong Ai Kindergarten - a project of profound humanistic significance, contributing to improving the quality of education in border areas.
Muong Ai Kindergarten currently has 8 locations, but most of the classrooms are still temporary houses, without multi-functional rooms, physical education rooms or outdoor playgrounds. Faced with this situation, the Ministry of Public Security has decided to donate 20 billion VND to Nghe An province to invest in building a new, spacious and synchronous school.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Duy Thanh - Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police said that along with the task of ensuring security and order, the People's Public Security force always considers social security work, caring for people's lives, especially people in remote, isolated and border areas, as a sacred responsibility and sentiment. Supporting the construction of Muong Ai Kindergarten is not only a material gift but also a source of spiritual encouragement, adding confidence for teachers and students here to strive to study.
Also at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Van Khoa - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training expressed his deep gratitude to the Ministry of Public Security for its attention and practical support for the cause of human cultivation in border areas. When completed, the project will help teachers and students have a safe and modern learning environment, contributing to narrowing the gap between mountainous and lowland areas.
The Muong Ai Kindergarten project is one of a series of activities of the Ministry of Public Security to support investment in facilities for Nghe An province, along with the Tuong Duong Medical Center Medical Examination and Treatment Building project, which started construction on the same morning.
