On August 28, many students in Muong Khuong commune, Lao Cai province began to move to the new Muong Khuong Primary and Secondary Boarding School to prepare for the 2026-2027 school year.
The atmosphere at the school in the last days of August is quite bustling as teachers, staff and students clean up, arrange rooms, classrooms and living areas together.
Right from the morning, groups of students brought personal belongings to school. Students were instructed to receive rooms, arrange blankets, clothes and get acquainted with the new learning and living space.

At the dining area, preparations are also urgently completed. The kitchen, tables and chairs, and service tools are inspected and neatly arranged to ensure conditions for serving students.
The first meal at the new boarding school is carefully prepared. Hot meals are served on the table, students sit and eat together in an atmosphere that is both excited and somewhat unfamiliar when starting a new living environment.
Reporters noted that the preparation of facilities, dormitories, classrooms and conditions to serve the new school year are being urgently completed by the school and local authorities.

Common living areas are cleaned and arranged; teachers guide students to get acquainted with regulations, living hours and areas in the school.
Bringing students to boarding schools before the new school year helps them have time to settle down to eat, stay, and get acquainted with teachers and friends before the opening day.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hung - Chairman of Muong Khuong Commune People's Committee said that the locality is focusing on inspecting and reviewing the conditions for the school to operate stably, especially facilities, accommodation and conditions to serve students.
According to Mr. Hung, the preparation is carried out with the goal of ensuring that students have a convenient and safe learning and living environment right from the early days of the school year.

From the rooms being arranged, the classrooms being cleaned to the first meal, the new boarding school is gradually becoming a familiar living space for Muong Khuong students before the opening day.
